Program Cost & Session Details
Initial Appointment – 90 minutes
Cost: $260.00
Comprehensive intake, goal setting, and first HypnoPuncture session with acupoints and light therapy.
Clients also receive a personalized recording from the session, allowing them to continue the work at home and reinforce the changes between visits.
Follow-Up Sessions – 60 minutes
Cost: $220.00
Ongoing HypnoPuncture support, habit reinforcement, and light/acupoint therapy.
Each follow-up includes a fresh hypnotic recording or reinforcement track tailored to the goals we are working on that week.
Insurance / Benefits
Acupuncture component may be eligible for coverage under many extended health benefit plans.

8-Week Healthy Reset Program – Summary
This 8-week program is designed to reset both mind and body through a blend of healthy habit building, nervous-system regulation, mindset work, and weight-loss support.
